Paul assisted me in the purchase of an estate sale. We viewed multiple homes and I was very tempted to purchase others but Paul’s patience helped me make the right choice when finally finding one in the neighbourhood I grew up in. When we first viewed the property it was on the verge of disrepair with rain puddles forming in the living room. The homes unique features and potential still had me intrigued though. I had Paul take me through the home and put together a construction budget for me to do a complete overhaul on the house. When we found out my offer was going to have competition, Paul combined both my budget and potential construction costs and compared them to the future value of the home to come up with the most aggressive offer we could. We came out on top of 5 other offers and had ours accepted. I came by the house the following day to find Paul and his company covering the entire house in a tarp to protect it from the elements until I could get possession and begin renovations.
I am now all moved in after completing several renovations that came in within Paul’s budget. The service Paul provided me was definitely one of a kind, combining his knowledge/experience of both real estate and construction. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house.

If you want to buy or sell a home, Paul is the person you should call. My husband and I had Paul sell our condo. He is reliable, honest, and has integrity. He was there for us at all times of the sale, often working throughout his evenings and weekends. He even went as far as to helping us move, down size and deliver unused items to local charities, and his construction company took care of the cleaning, painting and new light fixtures to prepare the condo for its sale. If you want a dedicated, reliable, good natured, smart, professional realtor than Paul is the man for the job.
